At Reshmi Kala, we want you to love your purchase. While we don’t accept returns or offer refunds, we’re happy to assist with exchanges if your item doesn’t quite work for you.
EXCHANGES PROCESS
How it works:
Reach out quickly: Let us know within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 9525308532) or email (connect.reshmikala@gmail.com). We’ll guide you through the process!
Shipping: To exchange your item, kindly courier it back to us. Once we receive it, we’ll ask you to cover the delivery charges for your new item.
International orders: Unfortunately, we can’t process exchanges for orders outside India at this time.
Exchange options: You may choose another product of the same or higher value. Any price difference will be settled before shipping your new item.
Condition matters: Exchanges are possible only if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. This helps us ensure you receive a flawless replacement.
One Exchange Per Order: To keep things fair for everyone, we allow one exchange per purchase.
Double-Check Your Size: For the perfect fit please review our size chart carefully before ordering. Size exchange follows our standard exchange process.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To help us assist you better, kindly share a short uncut video of you unsealing the package (showing the label and product condition).
